Shipping Policy
We offer shipping across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. During high-demand periods, such as festivals or holidays, there may be slight processing and shipping delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or returned once they are placed.

If a cancellation request is received after the order has been processed, we reserve the right to determine if the order can be canceled.
Non-Delivery & Address Issues
If a non-delivery or delay occurs due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, unavailability of the recipient, or any other customer-related reason, the additional re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
Return & Replacement Policy
As our products fall under the health and hygiene category, we do not accept returns or replacements. However, in rare and exceptional cases, we may consider an exception at the sole discretion of our management.

Exceptions for Exchange (Valid Within 7 Days of Delivery)
The following conditions must be met for an exchange request to be considered:

The item must be unused and in its original condition as received.

The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
We ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if any of the following occur, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost:

The item was damaged during transit.

The wrong item was delivered.
If an exchange is approved, our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If the recipient is unavailable, the exchange will be canceled, and no further attempts will be made.

If the customer’s delivery location is outside the serviceable area.

If the vendor or logistics provider is unable to fulfill the order.
Cases Eligible for a Partial Refund (90%)

If the customer refuses a suitable replacement for an unavailable product.

If an express-order delivery location is outside the service area.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days from approval.
